The Osmio Zero 3.0 is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. During this period, defective parts may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. Under UK and EU law, consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for electronics and appliances purchased for home use. This means you may have rights to repair, replacement, or refund if the product is faulty, even after the 12-month manufacturer warranty has expired.

What the Warranty Covers:
