9. Availability & Direct Manufacturer Fulfilment

To provide customers with the latest products whilst maintaining competitive pricing, certain products may be:

  • shipped directly from the manufacturer;
  • dispatched from specialist distribution centres;
  • supplied from authorised European or international warehouses.

Where products are dispatched directly from a manufacturer or authorised fulfilment partner, we remain your point of contact throughout your purchase and will assist with any delivery or customer service enquiries.

10. Delivery

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only.

11. International Orders

Mind & Body Tech welcomes customers from outside the United Kingdom.

However, international orders may be subject to:

12. Inspection Upon Delivery

Photographs of the packaging and damaged items may assist us in resolving the matter quickly with the courier or manufacturer.

13. Returns & Cancellations

Your rights to cancel an order are governed by UK consumer legislation together with our Returns Policy.

Where applicable, customers may cancel eligible purchases within the statutory cooling-off period.
