Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Mind & Body Tech, we aim to make delivery as straightforward as possible. Delivery methods and timescales may vary depending on the size, nature and availability of the product ordered.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch standard stocked orders within 1–3 business days. Where possible, orders may be dispatched sooner.

Some products, particularly made-to-order, specialist or large items such as cold plunges, may have longer lead times. Where applicable, estimated lead times will be stated on the relevant product page or confirmed following your order.

Delivery Methods

Standard items are shipped via courier directly to your delivery address.

Large or specialist equipment may be delivered by pallet courier to the nearest safe and accessible unloading point, typically kerbside, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Installation, final positioning, carrying, lifting, electrical works or commissioning are only included where specifically stated on the product page, quotation or order confirmation.

Access for Large Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring that suitable access is available for delivery.

Please let us know before delivery is arranged if there are any potential access restrictions, including narrow roads or entrances, steps, steep slopes, limited parking, low branches, overhead cables, soft ground or other site constraints.

Failure to disclose significant access restrictions may result in a failed delivery or additional delivery charges.

Taxes & Import Duties

For orders delivered within the UK, all applicable taxes and import duties are included in the final price unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is offered on most products within the UK.

Certain items or accessory-only orders may incur a delivery charge, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Accessory-only orders with a total value of under £150 incur a £50 delivery charge. Accessory-only orders of £150 or more qualify for free delivery.
